Baie de Dournenez in Brittany is a fairly exposed beach and reef break that has fairly consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. The best wind direction is from the east with some shelter here from southwest winds. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the optimum swell angle is from the west. Waves at the beach break both left and right and in addition there are both left and right reef breaks.. Sometimes crowded. Watch out for rips / crowds.
