Bicas in Lisbon is an exposed reef break. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Offshore winds are from the southeast. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west. A left hand reef. Best around mid tide. It's sometimes crowded here. Watch out for urchins, rips and rocks.
