Corner in East London is a sheltered reef break that has consistent surf. Winter is the optimum time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds blow from the west. Groundswells are more common than windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. A right hand reef. Best around low tide when the tide is rising. Sometimes crowded. Take care of sharks,urchins, rips, rocks and sharks.
