El Faro in Michoacan is an exposed river break that usually has waves and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the north. Clean groundswells prevail and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. The river breaks offer lefts and rights. Sometimes crowded. Beware of rips, sharks and rocks.
