Malhano in South Portugal is an exposed beach break that has consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds are from the northeast. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the southwest. Waves at the beach are both lefts and rights. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide. Likely to be crowded if working. Take care of rocks in the line up.
