Millindreath in South Cornwall is a reasonably exposed beach break that has inconsistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds are from the west. Usually gets local windswells, but groundswells do happen and the best wave direction is from the south southwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Best around high tide.
