Miradouro in Luanda is an exposed point break that has fairly consistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the east northeast. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the ideal swell angle is from the southwest.The break here is a left hand point. It very rarely gets crowded here. Sharks have been reported here.
