Moreton Island near Brisbane is a reasonably exposed beach break that has pretty consitent surf Ideal winds are from the west. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the east. Waves at the beach are both lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. When the surf is up, crowds are likely Watch out for rips, sharks and jellyfish.
