Playa Aguieira in Galicia is a quite exposed beach break that has reasonably consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the south. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the ideal swell direction is from the west northwest. The beach breaks favour lefts. Best around low tide. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water.
