Playa de Fonforron in Galicia is a fairly exposed beach and reef break that has fairly consistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Ideal winds are from the south. Groundswells and windswells are equally likely and the ideal swell direction is from the west northwest. The beach break favours right handers. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded.
