Playa de San Pedro in Asturias is a fairly exposed reef break that has quite reliable surf. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds are from the south with some shelter here from southwest winds. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the northwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Rarely crowded here. Submerged rocks are a hazard.
