Playa de Tranqueru in Asturias is a reasonably exposed beach break that usually has waves, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Ideal winds are from the south with some shelter here from southwest winds. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the optimum swell angle is from the northwest. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. When it's working here, it can get crowded. Hazards include rocks,crowds,pollution.
