Praia do Peixe in Ericeira is a sheltered beach break that has reasonably consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Ideal winds are from the east. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the optimum swell angle is from the southwest. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. Best around low tide. A fairly popluar wave that can sometimes get crowded Pollution may be a hazard at this break.
