Punta Cono in Baja Norte is an exposed reef and point break that has reliable surf. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds are from the north northeast. Clean groundswells prevail and the ideal swell direction is from the northwest. When it's working here, it can get crowded. Watch out for rips, sharks and rocks.
