Stanleys in Golfo de Panama is a fairly exposed point break that has quite consistent surf Works best in offshore winds from the northwest. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the south southwest. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Beware of Private land, rips.
