Topanga Point in LA County is an exposed point break that has very consistent surf and works all around the year. The best wind direction is from the north. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west. Best around mid tide. It's sometimes crowded here. Watch out for rocks and pollution.
