Los Gringos in Atacama is an exposed reef break. Winter is the optimum time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the northeast. Clean groundswells prevail and the best swell direction is from the southwest. A choice of left and right reefs. Rarely crowded here. Watch out for rips and rocks.
