Miri-Miri in Raiatea is an exposed reef break that has quite reliable surf The best wind direction is from the east. Clean groundswells prevail and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. A right hand reef break. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Beware of coral,urchin, rips, rocks and sharks.
