Oxnard Shores in Ventura is a fairly exposed beach break that has reasonably consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds are from the east. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the optimum swell angle is from the west southwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Take care of the strong rips here.
