Topaz Street in LA County is an exposed beach/Jetty break that has quite consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. The best wind direction is from the east with some shelter here from south winds. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west. The beach breaks peel to the left. Best around low tide when the tide is rising. A popular wave that can get growded. Beware of rips and pollution.
