Offshore winds blow from the east and there is no shelter here from cross shore breezes. Able to handle light onshore wind Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the west southwest. No reef break here. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up.
