Mallorca - Cala Mesquida in Balearic Islands (Islas Baleares) is an exposed beach break that has fairly consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Works best in offshore winds from the south southwest with some shelter here from west winds. There is too little fetch for groundswells to form and the ideal wave direction is from the north. The beach break provides left and right handers. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Often Crowded. Hazards include rips, crowds.
