Colombus Surf Guide
Colombus in Puerto Rico is a fairly exposed reef break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds are from the southeast and there is no shelter here from cross shore breezes. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the northwest. No reef break here. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Sometimes crowded. Hazards include - Urchins - Rips / undertow - Rocks - Localism - Pollution - Sharks.
