Constantine Bay Surf Guide
Constantine Bay in North Cornwall is an exposed beach and reef break that has very reliable surf and works all around the year. Offshore winds are from the east. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the best swell direction is from the west. Waves at the beach break both left and right and there is also a left hand reef break.. Good surf at all stages of the tide. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. Watch out for dangerous rips.
