Kaitoke Beach Surf Guide
KaitokeBeach in Great Barrier Island is a fairly exposed beach break that has pretty consitent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the west. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the east northeast. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. Rarely crowded here. Beware of rips, sharks.
