Le Poux Surf Guide
Le Poux in Normandy is an exposed beach and reef break. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Offshore winds are from the east northeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the west northwest. The beach break provides left and right handers. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Take care of rocks in the line up.
