Maasvlakte Surf Guide

Maasvlakte on the West Coast is a fairly exposed beach break that has pretty consitent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Offshore winds are from the southeast. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the northwest. Waves at the beach break both left and right. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Beware of rips and obstacles.
