Foto di surf a Oaro: Oaro in fickle mood di Rob Davies

Oaro had the biggest waves on the Kaikoura coast this day with periods when the faces were head high (but small spells too) compared with knee-waist high Mangamaunu. Strong fohn NW wind alternated here between straight offshore, strong sideshore from the NE, or from the SW, or just clam. I've never known surf conditions vary so much so quickly.
