Puerto Marina in Andalucia is a fairly exposed sandbar break that only works once in a while. Autumn and winter are the optimum times of year for waves. Offshore winds blow from the north northwest with some shelter here from southwest winds. Waves more likely to be from local windswells than distant groundswells and the ideal wave angle is from the southeast. The sandbar break provides left and right handers. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide. Likely to be crowded if working.
