Sant Elmo in Sardinia is an exposed beach break that has fairly consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Offshore winds blow from the west northwest with some shelter here from north winds. Most of the surf comes fis in the form of windswells and the ideal wave angle is from the southeast. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. Surfable at all stages of the tide. Crowds are never a problem here. Take care of rocks, urchins.
