Sunset Left Surf Guide
Sunset Left in Sumba is an exposed reef break that usually has waves. May-Oct (Dry Season) is the favoured time of year for waves. Offshore winds are from the north northeast. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. A reef breaks right. Best around high tide. Sometimes crowded. Beware of rips, rocks and sharks.
