Sur in - is an exposed beach break that has reasonably consistent surf. Winter is the optimum time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the southwest. Usually gets local windswells, but groundswells do happen and the best wave direction is from the northeast. Waves at the beach break both left and right. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Hazards include jellyfish.
