The Barge in North Florida is an exposed beach break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. The best wind direction is from the west. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the east. It very rarely gets crowded here. Beware of - Man-made danger (buoys etc.) - Localism.
