Turtle Head Surf Guide
Turtle Head in NW Luzon is an exposed point break that has pretty consitent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the east southeast. Windswells are much more typical than groudswells and the ideal wave angle is from the north. Relatively few surfers here, even on good days. Hazards include rocks,seaweed.
