Works best in offshore winds from the north with some shelter here from west winds. Most of the surf comes fis in the form of windswells and the ideal wave angle is from the south southwest. There is no point break. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Sometimes crowded. Watch out for urchins, rips and rocks.
