Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the optimum swell angle is from the northeast. There is no beach break and there is right hand reef break too. Best around low tide when the tide is falling. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Watch out for rips, rocks and sharks.
