Chatarras in Puerto Rico is an exposed reef break that only works once in a while. Works best in offshore winds from the south and there is no shelter here from cross shore breezes. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the north. There is no reef break. It's often crowded here. Beware of Urchin and locals.
