Elliott Heads in Queensland North Coast is a fairly exposed reef break that does not work very often with no particular seasonal pattern. Works best in offshore winds from the west and there is no shelter here from cross shore breezes. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the east northeast. There is no reef break. It's sometimes crowded here. Watch out for - Rocks - Man-made danger (buoys etc.).
