A good day. Showing the 4m high rock at the take-off point. Lumpy here but clean inside. From the take-off it is a 200m left shoulder into the opposite corner of the bay, then walk back across the beach and across the rocky platform beneath the enormous cave entrance. From here, a short paddle out and just a few duck-dives back to the take-off. All good unless the wave breaks wide and you find yourself beyond the exit. Rather than fight the rip here, paddle back out and drift/surf about 2km down the coast to Fossil Point and Farewell Spit.
