Keokea Beach Park in Big Island is an exposed beach break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. The best wind direction is from the south southwest. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the best swell direction is from the northeast. The beach breaks are all rights. Surfable at all stages of the tide. It very rarely gets crowded here. Watch out for rips, sharks and rocks.
