Monument Surf Guide
Monument in Eyre Peninsula is an exposed point break that only works once in a while. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the east northeast with some shelter here from northwest winds. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. There is no point break and a right hand reef break too. Surfable at all stages of the tide. It's sometimes crowded here. Take care of rocks, sharks.
