Red Banks Reefs in Eyre Peninsula is a very sheltered beach break Offshore winds blow from the northwest and there is no shelter here from cross shore breezes. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the south. There is no beach break and there is also a right hand reef break. Best around mid tide. Crowds are never a problem here. Take care of rocks and sharks.
